All ticket inventories on SITES (Tickets Now.com, RazorGator.com, TicketNetwork.com, TicketLiquidator.com, TickCo.com, VividSeats.com, TicketCity.com and BarrysTickets.com) shall be supplied by a TICKET BROKER that caters to the purchase and sale of tickets (hereinafter referred as “TICKET BROKER”), A PRIMARY SELLER which is a principal ticketing source such as venue or a promoter (hereinafter known as “PRIMARY SELLER”) and any SITE USER who offers tickets for sale (hereinafter known as “PRIVATE SELLER”). All shall be collectively referred to as “TICKET SELLERS”. In some instance, the SITE can also act as TICKET SELLER.
THIRD PARTY ADVISORS
Whereas the SITE allows third party advertisers to advertise on the SITE; however the SITE assumes no responsibility for the USER’s transactions involving online or other forms of purchase from any third party advertisers. Further, the SITE shall not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by the USER due to its dealings with third party advertisers.

Also, the USER agrees that monetary compensation may not be the most sufficient remedy to compensate for the violation of these terms and conditions but consents to equitable relief for such violations.
