All ticket inventory on SITES (TicketsNow.com, RazorGator.com, TicketNetwork.com, TicketLiquidator.com, TickCo.com, VividSeats.com, TicketCity.com, and BarrysTickets.com) is supplied either by a TICKET BROKER, a business that specializes in the purchase and sale of tickets (hereinafter known as “TICKET BROKER”), a primary ticketing source such as a venue or a promoter (hereinafter known as “PRIMARY SELLER”), or individual USERS of SITE who offer tickets for sale (hereinafter known as “PRIVATE SELLER”), all hereinafter collectively known as “TICKET SELLERS”. Additionally in certain situations the SITE may act as a TICKET SELLER.

Third Party Advertisers.

SITE may allow third party advertisers to advertise on the SITE. SITE undertakes no responsibility for USER’s dealings with, including any on-line or other purchases from, any third party advertisers.
